Let’s bring together fresh perspectives on health, technology, and people and jumpstart new approaches connecting people to health systems.
And let’s do it in a truly innovative forum that brings together creativity, knowledge, innovation, and a can-do spirit.
The 1st Annual Cleveland Medical Hackathon will bring together doctors, administrators, engineers, designers, patients, programmers, and others for a day of creative but focused collaboration. The goal is to tackle challenges in making the increasing levels of data collected through technology useful to healthcare systems and to the patients they serve.
The Cleveland Health Hackathon seeks participants who are doctors, nurses, administrators, patient advocates, innovators, entrepreneurs, designers, IT professionals and developers to tackle these challenges and present concrete breakthrough solutions by the end of the event.
Participants will gather on Saturday, September 26th, pitch ideas, form teams and begin working on projects.
Teams will have until the morning of September 27th for final presentations.
The event is free to attend and to participate in, but an application is necessary to ensure a productive mix of expertise and adequate space. Apply here.
Innovation doesn’t happen overnight. But an all-nighter can certainly help. Participants in this event will have access to the Global Center for Health Innovation all night giving teams the ability to work intensely for a full 24 hours.
The First Annual Cleveland Medical Hackathon is a partnership between several leaders in the medical community of Northeast Ohio.
