Experts have identified a major shift in the travel and tourism industry from not only destination marketing, but to destination and visitor experience management. Destination Cleveland has been on the cutting edge of this movement with a number of initiatives focused on improving the visitor experience in Cleveland.
This spring, Destination Cleveland will launch an extensive visitor experience survey program which will help to identify gaps in the visitor experience and bring us together as a community to come up with solutions to fill those gaps.
